Village Strategy - Churt 2035
Churt 2035 sets a vision for Churt in 2035 which takes stock of Churt as it is now drawing on a consultation process held in 2025 with residents and businesses.

There is a warmth and enthusiasm for life in our village and a strong consensus on the aspects where there is room for improvement through community initiatives and close collaboration with the numerous third party organisations which impact on Churt.
Our vision for Churt 2035 will build on the current strengths of our community: “Churt will retain its character as a quiet but vibrant village with a strong community spirit that provides the facilities and homes for thriving and sustainable living.”
To achieve our vision we have set up five Focus Areas. Each will be led by a group of interested Churt Residents supported where appropriate by the CPC and other groups/societies as appropriate:
